About WellPath

We kept meeting the same patient.

Three physicians built this for the days we don't see you — the 363 between one appointment and the next.

Where it started

The admission you can see coming.

Heart failure rarely fails suddenly. It creeps — two pounds, then three, a little more breathless on the stairs. By the time it's an emergency it has usually been building for a week, in a living room, with nobody watching.

We each had the same conversation too many times. A patient in a hospital bed, and a week of numbers nobody had — numbers they would happily have given us, if anyone had asked them daily and made it take a minute.

What we did about it

So we built the week we were missing.

Not a portal login nobody uses. A minute a day on the phone already in their pocket, and a single view for the clinic that puts the readings which crossed a line at the top.

Doctors set the thresholds

Every category, cutoff and flag in the product was decided by a physician who sees these patients — not inferred from a dataset.

Then a patient couldn't read it

One Spanish-speaking patient couldn't navigate an English-only app. We didn't add a language toggle — we translated the entire product, every screen, and shipped it.

A minute, or it doesn't happen

Every screen is measured against the same test: can someone in their seventies finish it before the coffee cools? If not, it gets cut.

What we hold to

Rules we don't bend.

If we can't verify it, we don't say it.

No invented testimonials, no borrowed logos, no outcome numbers we haven't earned. If a feature isn't finished, this site says "coming" — even where "live" would sell better.

Three categories, never five.

A patient at home and a clinician at a desk should see the same colour for the same reading. Precision that nobody can act on is decoration.

The clinic shouldn't have to change to use it.

We run onboarding, reminders and patient support. Your staff sees results, not a new system to live in.

Who we are

Three physicians, one clinic problem.

We still see patients. That's the point — the product gets argued about by the people who have to use what it produces.

Work with us

If this sounds like your clinic, tell us about it.

We'd rather hear how your patients are monitored today than talk about ourselves. Fifteen minutes, no deck, and you'll be talking to one of the three of us.
